Product Warranty Policy

- Zipper Warranty (3 Months): We offer a 3-month warranty on zippers. If a zipper becomes faulty, we will repair or replace it.

- Material Warranty (1 Month): The material ("stuff") of the bag carries a 1-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

- Shipping Costs: For any warranty-related repair, the delivery charges for sending the item to us and receiving it back are the responsibility of the customer.

- Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage from accidents, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
