At El Rohmá, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience any issue with your order, please review the following policy carefully.
Return & Exchange Request Period
All return, exchange, or refund requests must be submitted within 3 working days of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 working days and provide clear photos or an unboxing video.
Once verified, we will offer:
· A replacement product, or
· A full refund, including original delivery charges.
The remaining amount will be refunded after successful inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted if:
· The product has been used.
· Original tags or packaging are missing.
· The product has been damaged after delivery.
· The claim is made after the allowed claim period.
Product Inspection
All returned products undergo a quality inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.
El Rohmá reserves the right to reject any return, refund, or exchange request if the returned item does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
Refund Processing Time
Once the returned product passes inspection and the refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable or through a bank transfer.
Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged subject to stock availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered at El Rohmá's discretion.
Additional delivery charges may apply for exchanges.
Warranty Claims
Products covered under the El Rohmá Warranty Policy will be handled according to the applicable warranty terms and conditions.
